All rides and attractions open at 10am throughout the season. Closing times vary. Once you enter the park, you are free to attend all the rides that you want. When purchasing you must select a date on which you would like to attend this attraction; your ticket will be valid for entry to the attraction on the date that you specify only.

Opening times vary between 09:30 – 10:00 throughout the year. Closing times vary between 16:00 – 21:00 throughout the season. Please check before you visit.

A new land full of fantabulous fun opens especially for younger guests, featuring live entertainment and characters, fantastic indoor soft play facilities and surprises at every turn! Free 'Print and Go' Ticketing. You will require an email address and printer for this option. You will need to present your credit card and ticket on arrival at the attraction.
On purchasing this ticket you will be able to print a voucher valid for entry to Alton Towers on the date that you specify when purchasing. Child tickets are for ages 11 and under; adult tickets for over 11s. School holidays tend to be especially busy and so it is recommended that you arrive early to beat the queues. All rides have height restrictions for safety purposes - please enquire about specific rides upon booking. Young children or those with heart problems may not be able to use all attractions. Please note that theme park tickets are non refundable and non exchangeable. They also may not be extended.
