We have purchased 3 products from dialaphone - 2 tariff phones and one pay as you go phone, and so far we have had no complaints at all. All 3 products were ordered for next day delivery, and when the pay and you go phone appeared to be running late, we phoned the dialaphone customer help desk and were promptly advised exactly when the phone would be delivered - which in this case was in 30mins time. -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
