From January 2008, there will be some changes made to existing Post Office Products.
Car and Home Insurance will change from 12 months for the price of 11. Instead, customers will pay for the full 12 months and receive £50.00 cashback. This is great news as unless customers have very high premiums, the £50.00 cashback should be of more value to them than receiving 1 month's free insurance.
There is also a promotion being offered for Annual Travel Insurance. New customers receive 1 month free on annual multi-trip policies purchased in January. Also covered are all weekends away in the UK, and customers receive all the standard benefits they would get with single trip policies, including free Insurance for kids traveling with a relative that has the insurance.
