Dell Discount Voucher Code Tips
Dell headline price & voucher cut off price
* Please Read! The voucher code cut off price does not apply to the headline prices you will find on the Dell website. It applies to the original selling price before any existing discounts. This means that when the coupon cut off price is £599, you may still be able to use the voucher on systems advertised as costing less than that. Be sure to read the tips below to make sure you don't miss out on the best possible prices.
Dell Home & Small Business Vouchers
These tips apply to both Dell Home and Small Business vouchers. The only difference being the headline priceof Home systems includes VAT & delivery and the Small Business Headline price does not.
Which systems qualify for discount?
Systems where the original selling price, before delivery costs are added, is greater than or equal to the coupon cut off price will qualify for discount.
For Example if the discount applies to orders of £599 or over, all these systems will qualify:
- EXAMPLE 1
- Headline price for Dell XPS M1330 laptop = £599
(£629 original selling price - £50 existing discount + £20 delivery)
Discount Applies!
- EXAMPLE 2
- Headline price for Dell Studio 17 laptop = £579
(£629 original selling price - £70 existing discount + £20 delivery)
Discount Applies!
- EXAMPLE 3
- Headline price for Dell Studio Slim Desktop = £499
(£579 original selling price - £100 existing discount + £20 delivery)

How the discount is applied
Dell's discounts are applied to the original selling price after any existing discounts are applied and before delivery costs are added.
Home Systems: The original selling price includes VAT and therefore the discount is applied to the VAT inclusive price
Business Systems: The original selling price is exclusive of VAT and therefore the discount applies to the VAT exclusive price.
- EXAMPLE 4
- Headline price for Dell XPS M1530 laptop =£599.
(£609 original selling price - £30 existing discount + £20 delivery)
Therefore the price before delivery costs is £579.
Apply the discount code to save 10% £57.90.
Price to pay is £521.10 + £20 delivery = £541.10
Laptop or Desktop just short of the coupon cut off price?
As you can see from EXAMPLE 3 above, If the laptop or desktop you are interested in is just short of the cut off price, upgrade it to take the price just over the cut off price and effectively get the upgrade for FREE!

- Choose the system you want.
- Customise it to your heart's content
- Add your chosen system to the shopping basket.
- Enter the code in to the 'Enter coupon number' box and click 'Apply Coupon'.
